Hi neighbors,
Over the past few weeks I’ve knocked on doors from the top of Cowesett to the end of Potowomut. Thank you to everyone who opened the door, shared a concern or just said hello. Those conversations are a big part of why I love this job.
Warwick is already voting. As of last night, 7,506 Warwick residents had cast their ballots:
5,345 voted early in person
2,161 returned mail ballots, about 67% of those mailed
Local races like ours are often decided by a few hundred votes, so every ballot in Ward 9 counts.
Here’s how to vote:
Early voting: today (Thursday), Friday and Monday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at Warwick Police Headquarters, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive in Apponaug
Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 7 AM to 8 PM at your polling place. Look yours up at vote.sos.ri.gov.
Have a mail ballot? Get it in now so it arrives on time.
